While items can be commissioned from Creators on Everskies, both the Creator and the user commissioning are responsible for any instances of payment, design fulfillment, and other aspects of the transaction. For this reason and the reasons mentioned above, we would advise against participating in item commissions on-site. Since this process does not occur using Everskies’ official trading system and this process is at your own discretion, our team cannot help if this results in scamming or goods/services not being delivered. Since this is being managed at your discretion as a user, our Everskies Team will not be able to help with providing exclusive copies, sponsoring, or contributing to giveaways of personal items. Our team has no way to confirm this transaction took place legitimately, and since this is being managed by you as users, this is something we will not actively participate in.

Soon, Creators will be able to buy their own sets/items in Orbital Outlet and Clothing Cosmos, so you will have ways to obtain these sets/items if you wish to provide your own additional copies.

As per the Rules of Conduct, please note transactions of commissioned items also cannot be completed in exchange for real-life currency or offsite goods/services. Please note that participating in such transactions may result in disciplinary action against any participating account.

All commissioned items need to be put in stores on Everskies; our team will not honor requests to exclude items from the stores. All commissioned items also need to be named properly.

Lastly, our team reserves the right to reject a commission request, to hold a commission request, and take any other necessary actions needed if we suspect a commission goes against our rules or Creator rules in some way, shape, or form.
