Why didn't I receive the Stars/Starpass that I purchased?

Purchased Stars or Starpass missing? Here’s how to ensure they’re added to your account.

Not seeing your newly purchased Stars or Starpass in your Everskies account? Let’s get this sorted out so you can enjoy your perks without delay. Follow these steps to resolve the issue:

  1. Refresh Your Account: Log out, close the app or browser tab, and log back in. This simple step often updates your account with your purchase.

For App Purchases:

  • If refreshing doesn’t help, we need a bit of proof to assist you further. Please submit a ticket along with your Apple or Google purchase receipt. You can find this receipt in the email linked to your Apple or Google account or by checking your purchase history in your device settings. We’ll verify your purchase and make sure your Stars or Starpass are credited ASAP.

For Desktop Purchases:

  • Still missing after a refresh? Your PayPal receipt will help us track down the issue. You’ll find this in the email associated with your PayPal account. Submit a ticket with this receipt, and we’ll swiftly address the missing Stars or Starpass.
